The machine adopts a front loading connection, and its overall structure is composed of bucket body assembly, gearbox assembly, transmission assembly, gasoline engine assembly, discharge port assembly, auger assembly, fan assembly, torque limiting transmission assembly, etc. After the gasoline engine is started, the power is transmitted to the gearbox assembly and the torque limiting transmission assembly in turn through the transmission assembly to make the auger and the fan run, so as to achieve the effect of snow removal and blowing.
1. Transmission components: Two-stage transmission through the belt, from high-speed transmission 2200r/min to 540r/min.
2. Gearbox assembly: It is distributed through the output of the gearbox. The auger speed is 160-180r/min and the fan speed is 540r/min. The two speeds match, which is conducive to snow removal and blowing.
3. Outlet assembly: It can be adjusted 180 degrees back and forth according to the direction of the snow outlet.
