The power mechanism is connected with the cutter head assembly. A chain plate feeding mechanism is set at the bottom of the feeding hopper, and a feeding roller matching with the chain plate feeding mechanism is arranged at the side near the fixed cutter on the upper part of the chain plate feeding mechanism. The chain plate feeding mechanism is used with the feeding roller to realize the feeding. The feeding is stable and efficient, and the scattered materials can also stably feed and crush, which improves the working efficiency and stability of the wood chippers; The discharging conveying mechanism includes a first discharging support, a second discharging bracket, a conveyor belt assembly, an overturning lifting oil cylinder and a folding oil cylinder. The overturning lifting cylinder is installed between the fixed frame and the first discharging bracket to drive the first discharging bracket to lift up or level up, and the folding oil cylinder is arranged between the first discharging support and the second discharging support. It is used to drive the second discharge bracket to rotate, fold or unfold straightly relative to the first discharge bracket. The discharge conveying mechanism adopts a two-stage folding structure, which can fold up during the transition movement, reduce the space occupation, and make the transition movement more flexible and stable.
(1) Feeding system: The chain plate feeding mechanism adopts the hydraulic motor to drive the annular chain plate conveyor belt to move on the driving and driven sprocket to transport materials. Compared with the traditional double drum feeding mode, the feeding is more stable and efficient;
(2) Crushing system: The cutter head assembly consists of a tool holder, a cutting knife and a hammer knife. The cutting knife and hammer knife are evenly arranged in several groups along the circumferential direction of the tool rest. Each group of cutting tools and hammer knives are arranged along the axial direction of the knife rest, and the cutting knife and hammer knife are spaced on the tool rest. (3) Power system: The power mechanism includes engine, driving pulley, cutter shaft pulley, transmission belt and electrical components. The electrical components and belt transmission mechanism are respectively located on both sides of the engine, corresponding to the side doors on both sides, so that the electrical components and belt transmission mechanism do not interfere with each other, which is convenient for the inspection and maintenance of electrical components and belt transmission mechanism.
