The SCF470 Folding Flail Mower has the following features: The structure is designed with an adjustable floating profiling mechanism, the height of the profiling slides on the left and right sides can be adjusted, and the rear profiling roller can adjust the height and play a compacting role at the same time. The connection is designed with a floating mechanism, which can work smoothly on uneven ground. The gearbox drive and the side drive are connected by a universal joint, which can facilitate the connection of the drive system. When the flail mower is folded, the drive shaft can be folded 90°. The rotor blades of the flail mower are arranged in a spiral way, which reduces the impact on the rotor and prolongs the service life. This flail mower adopts a combined blade-type high-speed crushing mechanism to ensure the crushing quality. When the flail mower is not in use, the folding cylinder can be used to fold it, which is convenient for transportation and transfer of the equipment, which solves the problem that the flail mower cannot be transported because it is too wide. The folding arm is automatically tightened by the safety locking cylinder, and at the same time, the folding arm has double insurance by turning the safety locking buckle, which prevents the flail mower from being suddenly opened during transportation and causes potential safety hazards, thus improving the safety.
SCF470 folding flail mower realizes the control of various actions by folding hydraulic cylinder, safety locking hydraulic cylinder and rear cover hydraulic cylinder. Through this hydraulic system, only one tractor control valve is needed to realize the automatic sequence action of all hydraulic cylinders. Due to the safety locking structure of the flail mower and the existence of the hydraulic one-way sequence valve, the required pressure of the folding cylinder and the cover cylinder is the highest, so the safety lock cylinder will be opened first. After the safety lock cylinder is opened, under the gravity of the left and right flail mower mechanisms, the folding cylinder will slowly open. When the flail mower is fully opened, the pressure of the hydraulic system will continue to rise until it opens. Sequence valve, at this time the rear cover will automatically open and enter the working state. When it needs to be folded, the rear cover will be closed preferentially to prepare for the folding action in advance, and then the folding cylinder is stowed and locked by the safety locking mechanism. Hydraulic lock and one-way throttle valve are designed in the folding cylinder, which can adjust the speed of the cylinder according to the usage and user habits, and ensure the safety of hydraulic action.
